casino/poker from tain/playtech

hi
i was wondering if any of you had any experience with tain.com as it has been over a year since we ordered a poker/casino websites from them and they keep saying playtech is delaying the delivery of the poker client. Also when i tried to contact playtech , they say that they dont have any contract with me and that i should contact tain.com instead. I would really appreciate any kind of information/help that you can provide on how to proceed.
