Some hosting service company say it is ok to host the Internet Casino server in USA as long we do not accept wager from the people living in the country?
Other say it is not ok even to host the server in USA??
Which is which???? Anyone want to comment about this????
It is ILLEGAL to host or gamble online within the USA. Nevada has passed a bill to legalize the HOSTING of online casinos within the state but stipulation came along:
1) No USA citizen can participate in REAL money
2) Must be of 21 age and up
3) Participating in online REAL action,
the person gambling must live in a
jurisdiction where its LEGAL to do the
same.
Also, the ONLY ones allowed to apply for an online application are the land based casinos who have had a license for at least 5 years.
