Net Site Gaming handles bulk emailing for casinos in large capacity, but I don't know their current costs. We used them in the spring with good success. Had over 200 "hidden" emails that came back to us at different addresses and we received all of them so they do send them out as planned. They're at netsitegaming.@#$%&
