We have Broadcatsing facilities with wrap around facilities in 32 African countries and Wireless Agreements (SMS electronic communications) with a Service Provider in every African Country. In the worldcup final we took 2.3 million Premium Rate (US$0.50) SMS in two weeks. We are looking for a joint venture where an entity supplies the infrastructure and back end and we provide the Marketing and Advertising IP and Assets that we have.
