Gambling Federation

Does anybody have any information about the Gambling Federation ( [www.gamblingfederation.com] )? They offer the opportunity to start your own international online casino for free. Some of the templates featured are very professionally done and the software is customized with your casino name. What software do they use? Do they produce it themselves or license it? Apparently they have been in business for a few years, and they appear to have a first-rate organization and program. Has anybody had any experience - good or bad - with them?

Registrar of Record: TUCOWS, INC.
Record last updated on 12-Aug-2002.
Record expires on 17-May-2003.
Record Created on 17-May-2001.

Domain servers in listed order:
NS0.ICRYSTAL.COM 209.17.131.33
NS1.ICRYSTAL.COM 208.181.10.1

As you can see on the nameserver, they use ICrystal, a very corrupt, near bankrupt, software provider, and GamblingFederatin.com has only been around since May of last year. Owned and operated by Essex, a company of felons. Do yourself a favor. If you want an online casino get your software & servers, and a good merchant and go make a ton of money. It's the only way. The free online casino isn't a casino you get backend server access to, nor do you actually own the domain or control the nameservers, and the email? Rarely can you have email @yoursite.com unless you already had the domain to begin with. Go ahead friend, get the free casino, spend your money marketing it, and watch how you don't get paid. ICrystal, RTG, GSS, Innoco, and World Gaming operations are famous for this.

iCrystal has been around for a LONG time.

Gambling Federation is new and an iCrystal operation. They use Azur Media (Montreal) for their markering.

As for "near bankrupt" - I doubt that, they are the Platinum Sponsor at the @#$%& ( [www.casinoaffiliateconference.com] ). They will be there, so I suggest you speak to them yourselves and see what's up.

I haven't dealt with them with regards to affiliate programs, so to that aspect, I can't help.

Hope I was some help :-)

Thanks, Webmaster. I value your opinion and appreciate the response. You can create your own Web site based on their templates (or build one from scratch), and you will in fact control the domain name and have full FTP access. As far as having yourname@yourdomain.com on the Web site, you can create an online response form that goes directly to their customer service e-mail without their e-mail address actually being visible, so I think that's an irrelevant issue. The fact that the software is branded with your casino name is a great feature.

As a side note, I've been operating a private brand casino powered by Windows Casino (an RTG client) for nearly a year, and I've always been payed in a timely manner. I don't have any experience with any other RTG casinos, but I've found Windows Casino to be honest and trustworthy.

Dear All,

Just a clarification. The person posting as "Casinomeister" does NOT represent Casinomeister.com nor me Bryan Bailey.

This individual ought to come up with anoither handle since this could be considered trademark infringement. Just a heads up.

Apologies for any confusion. I was unaware of your Web site and have changed my handle to "Casinomaster". I fail to see how simply using a handle on a public message board can be construed as trademark infringement, however.

Hi Casinomaster!

Since you were directing traffic to your site via a link, it would seem that "Casinomeister" (the site, or me) was endorsing this. That is where a problem might occur concerning trademark infringement since my site regularly endorses good casinos and exposes the "evil" ones. Some would think that you were masquarading (sp?) as me. And there is only one me, thank goodness.

Thanks for the responsive correction of your handle, and I am flattered that you chose my name so to speak.

Bryan

No problem, Bryan. I wouldn't want anybody using the name of my Web site, either. I checked out Casinomeister.com and was very impressed. Getting back to the original topic, do you have any information about the Gambling Federation, iCrystal, or VideoPokerClassic.com? You seem to have a lot of inside information about the online gaming industry.

The Gambling Federation has had its moments, both good and bad. Complaints received from this group are a bit spotty; some here some there. In the past, they have been guilty of using spam as a marketing tool (this seems to be inherent with RTG sites) and some of their casinos are known to be very unresponsive (the affiliate sites).

RTG is in the process of cleaning up their act. This is in response to a number of their licensees who have crossed over to the dark side. So let's hope that there is a light at the end of this tunnel.

Agreed....

The original Post surprised me, because it is not the Casino Meister (Bryan Bailey)'s style.

I recommend you visit [www.casinomeister.com] - Bryan is a Great guy and a straight shooter.

I have no idea who casinoMaster is. Time to fess up....What's you're name?

Hello,

I've used them for 2 weeks now. I sent them some gambling traffic to reach a minimum for a check and so far so good! The current status of that payment shows "sent" and I hope to see that check in my mail soon.

take care,
Marko

I thought this had already been established and cleared up. Why beat a dead horse? If I wanted my real name known, I would have revealed it in the first place. What in the world is there to "fess up" to? Did I commit a crime or something? I was unaware of Bryan's Web site when I originally used the moniker and I apologized and changed it. Case closed.

Press releases concerning earnings are incomplete and misleading. They may not be bankrupt, but they're not cash flow positive either. They happily announce revenues, but do not subtract out their costs, thus painting an overly rosy picture.

They are at the mercy of one large licensee.

Ok, I have been reading this forum since yesterday. I just spotted this subject. I posted in the sucess story thread yesterday as I didn't know this was here.

I doub't that they are going bankrupt. I have NEVER been stiffed for my earnings. My life has been changed because if them and I am grateful. The staff is very professional in every way. I will put up this software up against any around. Very good graphics, sounds and games.

I have been a partner for 9 months. The worst thing I can say about them is when they rolled out the new software last February, it wasn't bug free. This caused many complaints and very slow customer service. Their email response is still very slow, but their toll free number is good. I try and handle players problems directly if they email me directly and that is the reason for my continued growth.

I will be attending the Conference as well. I try and keep a low profile on these type boards as to not get bashed like some boards.

Like someone said, some partners are spamming and do not respond to their players. Company rules are NO SPAMMING PERIOD!!!! They are the ones giving the good partners a bad name.

Please people, if you don't have first hand information about anybody, don't bash them. I have had nothing but good results.

Take care,
@#$%&
