I need help to set up a gaming website that:


Offers casino games like Blackjack, Roulet, Bacarat, pai gow.......
Offer slot games, Keno
Taking sport bet
All transaction will be taken care offline thru me or my agents, no bank account or any private info will be involved
I will have the admin privilegd

Which software should i use?
or do you know any good programer that can help me with that
Should i build my own server or should i have it host somewhere?
