Can somebody recommend me some laweyer in UK to incorporte for online casino,sportbetting and sofware development company.

Any solicitor who advertises company formation can help you with this, whether they are online or not. For the basic company, it's not that difficult. I would recommend just doing it yourself though. You can get all of the forms from Companies House, and the filing fee is very low.

check the Isle of Mann and Alderney. My understanding it is extremely easy to set up low tax businesses there.
