Initial funding, incorportaion, bank??

I have potential investors (approx. 20), rough business plans, presentations, and creative ideas but I am stuck on obtaining/forming an offshore corporation that can provide decent banking (reputable bank) when any i-gaming operations are involved.
If anyone has any suggestions, experience, business connects I would appreciate your comments.
(I simply want to form a corporation and sell shares to raise the capital for initial operations; obtain license, sales, marketing etc.)

We dealt with the offshore xplorer for our setting up of company and banking. They site is offshorexplorer.com
These guys seem to be one of the only if not the only people who knows what they are doing. We talked to more than 10 companies before we chose them and mostly they could not even answer the question we have so we worry they cannot do job right.
In offshore xplorer we deal with Ron he seem to be quite the expert in sport betting and casino type industry. He in costa rica and work wit a lot of company.

Can you raise capital by selling shares of your offshore corp. w/ an offshoreexplorer.com corp.? Are their gaming companies formed out of C.R.?

Check your PM. One operating company for sale, with bank accounts, neteller, etc is available at a cost price.

We dont know about such things to sell the stocks. we no expert but they set us op everything we need. maybe you ask them.

Seems that offshorexplorer doesn't deal with Malta.
Malta has regulated online gambling and has excellent resources.
If you are interested in setting up operations in Malta, contact me.
