Hello,
Could someone whos in business can tell me what is the cheapest way to start online casino-poker-bingo bussiness? here is what i have and my questions:

I have developed software - poker, bingo and casino

Is there any jurisdictions where online gambling licence is not required and i can incorporate just a company with bank account and start the business or which jurisdiction is cheapest to get licence and what company can do it. may be someone has already dealt with such company (there is too much scammers online whos offering worthless papers called gambling licence for couple K's)

maybe there is other option like hosting company's where can be hosted my site without licence needed?

sorry for stupid questions but maybe there is some smart minds which can help out with advice.

many thanks in adnvance

Cheapest way is to open an offshore company in Costa Rica, costs about $1600.
Open a Bank Account, Cyprus is good, again $1600, but $1000 will stay in your account.
You can do that here: [offshorexplorer.com]

Buy a dedicated server in Costa Rica, [www.hostarica.com].
Disable Local (Costa Rica) IP addresses.

For accepting payments from your customers:
Open a non-coded merchant account, so you can accept VISA Master from all over the world, this will cost you from $1000 to $5000. and you will have to pay from 7%-14% on each transaction. ( i am not giving this info for free :)

For paying winning players:
open some good e-wallet account (moneybookers will ask for gaming licence wich you do not have), there are a lot of them these days. (the best again, not free)

Regards.
Andrija.

Andrija
Thanks for your info it makes clear the general concept just couple more following questions:

do i need non-coded merchant account only for US customers or to get money into that cyprus bank?

how is possible to disable local CR ip i checked that hostarica hosting and didnt find any of those options.

also what sort of server i have to look to get it as fast as possible and how much it could cost per month aprox?

thank you very much for your advise and help

Hi Andrija, this is news to me on moneybookers, and good to know. Is this info direct first hand? or 3rd party info? I have not dealt with them in years. What are the pros and cons of their service these days? Will they accept US (gaming) transfers etc

Cheers and Thanks!

Hi Mcluhan,

The info is first hand and 2days old :), i am opening account for Online Casino, and thay asked me for licence.
Thay still do not accept casino payments from US customers, i think Turkey and some other countrys as well, maybe greece.
You probably could open a merchant account at mooneybookers for some other business, not telling them about the Casino, and use that account.

With no-coded credit card processing you can accept payments from all over the world, but the % is too high, so it is not bad to have two processors, one for EU+UK... and one for US+china+turkey..

To disable local CR ip, you need to talk to your programer or PHP guy :)

About the server, i do not know what you want to offer, if it is a casino that works with a script, then you can use a shared hosting that can cost $20/month.
Poker, and multiplayer games need complete server that can cost from 300-700/month

Thanks for response

I will have online casino, multiplayer poker and bingo site where most clients will be from couple of eu countries.

i checked that offshore company which you suggested for incorporation they offering online gambling package for 8-9k can i just take that normal CR company and run the same stuff? how i understand that there isnt any gambling regulations in CR?

can you suggest any good and safe banking options to work with? you mentioned cyprus.

looking forward and many thanks for support
Aigar
