Hello David

We have an office located right in San Jose,CR and we have lawyers that will look after all the paperwork and you can have a Gov data processing license in your hands within 7-10 days.

You do not need a physical office but you have to host in CR.

Plus we can set you up with World Wide Credit Card Procssing as well

Cheers

Thanks Banker for intro, can you please advise the cost and procedure to obtain data processing license in costa rica and how i would go about it. It appears that there are alot of scams with massive upfront fees for leasing offices, staff, insurances etc. for a simple license. I would much appreciate any contacts you may have to simplify process and cost.

Thank @#$%&

Hello Mister The Banker,
What do you mean by "to host in CR" ?
I hired the services of a CR company named "Quality Solutions Network" and until now I just received a scanned paper from their Notaria mentioning that my LLC is constituted and that it has been registered in the Registro Nacional with number ....xxx. I also hired the opening of a bank account but at this time ... nothing ... and they do not answer anymore to my mails...They also send me a voucher to obtain my Data License, but as nothing is "moving" I think I will not pay them for the moment... What do you think ? thank @#$%&

Hello Nadic

It sounds like you may have gotten taken for ride... First of all you have to show up in person in CR to open a bank account in your own personal name or a company account if you your name is on the company as the majority shareholder.

Also it is "NOT" legal to have a bank account at any bank in CR to support a gaming operation....

Host means were your gaming servers are located.

We send our clients to one to the top law firms in CR to obtain a local CR company and data processing license. Our lawyers are laswyers for a lot of the big gaming sites here in CR and the total cost is $2,880.00 and you have the full package in your hands in 7-10 days.

We can also offer a full turn solution including helping you staff your office, arranging leasing offices in the right area and we have a special deal direct with Dell for computers and servers...Plus we can set you up with credit card processing for your US cards.

My direct contact is (visa mc @ gmail com)

Cheers
The Banker
