Looking for investors/jv partners

I am currently looking for investors/jv partners to further my research and development of my online casino/gaming concepts. I own several quality casino domain names as well as many more gaming domains. I have fallen on some hard times and have come to the realization that in order to move the project forward as soon as I would like to, I need to look for investors/jv partners.

I am open to any proposal that makes sense. If you have an interest or can point me to someone who may, or would like to discuss this topic,please let me know.
