Need help to start the online gambling business

Hi, I and partners are interesting to run online gambling business (Live dealer, RnG games, sportsbook, poker…)
Existing we are white label of few casinos and sportsbook, promote by offline mode, people to people (agent mode). Only market in Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore, we return 10%-20% to software company, average of Usd80, 000 per month.
We plan to run the online marketing mode but we are blank on this, all opinions are welcome, regarding software, license, marketing, call center (support team), manager (Asia and Europe)…
