Online Gambling Dominican Republic

does anybody know if online gambling is tolerated/allowed in the
Dominican Republic? Appreciate any help, thank you.

Do you mean as a customer target market or as a location to operate from?

If you mean to set up as an operator I know of a company that was based there, but they were not licensed there, they used Antigua to license. Their operation was self-managed and their customer service, finance and marketing took place in Santo Domingo.

Party Poker started there. They moved their gaming ops to Antigua and their programming to India.

But Party was there for years.
