Their package 2 is the same thing as OwnCasino.com, which just got reamed by "MP3" on this board.

Thinking about it? Yes, Going to? Probably not right now. Although I read the post from MP3, his lack of facts does not lead to an inclusive reason as to why OWNCASINO does indeed "suck". I like Own A Casino's idea of "branding" the downloads and such, and me not being a web designer think that $2500 isnt a bad price to code all that. But we shall see. I have gathered a few business partners that are interested in becoming our own casino owners in time. The way things are in the US gonna have to relocate to Antigua, which I wouldnt mind so bad!

If you want more info on OwnCasino, go to the OPA's site on CasinoGazette.com. Specifically, the following two URLs:
The OPA calls them Elka systems, 2K Systems hasn't used that name in years. 2K owns OwnCasino.com, and their casinos use software from Avesta Design in Russia.
On OwnCasino's side, I must report that they went to the OPA and asked them to test their software to get if off the blacklist.

Re hosting overseas: Gaming servers have to be hosted overseas, but web sites... probably not. Many online casinos have their web sites hosted in Toronto, but I believe some RTG ones have them hosted in the US, and haven't had the sites taken down. You must distinguish between the web site and the gaming server. In Own A Casino package 1, they're just giving you a website. The casino people download talks to a gaming server in Antigua or someplace, so you probably don't have to worry about where it's hosted

I have my "frontend" located on a server here in the US, however all transactions and gaming backend are served out of the Dominican Republic.

You're making a mistake

There are two different operations.

This particular thread is talking about Own A Casino

not OwnCasino

I know the people at Winter Marketing (Own A Casino)
as well as the Own Casino owner (the Russian guy, can't remember his name right now).

The difference in caliber between the two companies is night and day.

(seems to be alot of disgrutle over affliate programs i hoping there is one out there that is reputable) thanks

Three suggestions for starting

1) [www.casinoaffiliateconference.com] - You'll meet the affiliate managers and other affiliates. Anyone who ins anyone in the casino affiliate business is going. (Sept 25-27 - Vancouver)

2) [www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com] - The professor's site is one of the best places to start.

3) [www.gpwa.net] - The Gambling portal webmasters association. Alot of small (and some large) affiliates gather there to speak in private about affiliate programs that pay and those that don't.

It's not a mistake. Own A Casino's package 1 is a customized website from which you can download iGlobal's CasinoCo. Own A Casino's package 2 is a customized website AND DOWNLOAD of an OwnCasino casino. Yes, the latter is Leo Kuvayev's OwnCasino.com.

We are a Canadian company based in Calgary and can highly recomend a casino to deal with. We are an affiliate of another casino and they operate their front end out of Vancover.
