Poker deal

Anybody care to comment on this deal.

Poker network, licenced, small set-up fee (around $5000) for design of website.
80/20 split.

Seems a pretty good deal to me.

I can get you a 50/50 deal on Rake with complete site, banking and back office etc etc. but you wont own the software or the source code..

the question is what software ? and how many people on the network ? do they do tournaments etc etc ?

You could get a 90-10 deal, but that wouldn't matter if it is on a crappy network.
