1) Web site is designed and is fully operational. (has no customers, since the design stage just ended)
2) Features over 50 different casino games (flash or download) and is part of a large poker network.
3) Major payment systems are integrated (VIsa/MasterCard, Neteller, MyCitadel, Ewallet Express).
4) Royalties must be paid to software developers according to monthly income (20% from casino winnings, and 30% from poker rake collected)
5) Hosting and 24 hour player support via phone or by email is provided by software developers.
6) The site is sold with offshore company that owns it and has all the agreements signed under its name, the company also has an offshore bank account and virtual office in London.
7) Domain name is of course included.
