PokerPulse used to be the authority and leading site for pokerroom stats.
It is now overtaken by PokerSiteScout. PokerPulse nowadays seems to be a mere shell of its former self.
How did this happen - was it b/c PokerPulse is a US-based biz that was affected by the Unlawful Gambling Act etc..?
Or what?
I'm not sure what happened to pokerpulse.com - think they were based in Vancouver, so not sure why the UGA would affect them.
Another site seems to have sprung up in its place, though - www.pokercounts.com is now giving real-time player counts for the top ten poker sites.
These sites are very important. Because as we all know, how many thousands of players are on the aggregator at a time is the most important factor when deciding where to play.
