Punishment for online gambling?

How can I find out the specific punishment for a person who wagers online in the state of WI? Seems like no attorneys have the answer and google turns up nothing. How can there be a law that nobody seems to know anything about when it comes to enforcement of it :)

I have been meaning to list the laws on the site. I've just been too busy.

I looked it up. Interestingly enough, I found the bills for all the states except WI.

WA SENATE 6613
OK 21-941
AR 5-66-103
FL 849.01
GA 16-12-22
MO 572.020

So I don't know the bill for Wisconsin.

I lived in Wisconsin for quite some time, and came across mixed signals on this topic during the time I lived there. At times the Government seemed opposed to the topic, and at other times they seemed receptive. I know of at least two occassions where there were online gambling busts in the state, but both instances were related to gambling operators, not being a punter.

The current assembly seems to be anti-online gambling, but I can not find a single law on the books that directly addresses the matter. You can browse through the gambling statutes here, but I dont think you'll find anything:

If you have spoken to attorneys and still can't get a straight answer, that should give you some idea.
