However, we are looking to put together a Price Per Head (PPH) site for credit up customers, offering sportsbook and casino, horse client is optional. Would prefer full source codes to software.

For US facing sports, Action sports has a descent package. No casino, and source would cost you a six figure amount. Seen several shops that use that same business model on AS.
You want to run credit packages with sheets? If so, I have seen some other solutions that are more cost effective, but most credit players are looking
for phones, and setting up a phone op is expensive.
