Starting a Poker Site Liscenced in Costa Rica

Hi all,

I need to get a gaming licence, I was thinking in Costa Rica because its pretty cheap and I can get started pretty fast.
I WILL consider moving into another jurisdiction after, probably Costa Rica to Isle of Man or Gibraltar.
I am not a bank here, I want someone serious who already proved himself in providing genuine licences in other projects and never had a bad reputation.
If there is a scam in your name, I am not interested in hearing the services you offer.
It needs to be legal and I don't want any problems with accepting US bets.
I have a powerful server room in Canada, can I host my site from there or can I use a proxy combination?
I would also need a banking solution ( merchant account? ).

How much would this run me and how will I declare my taxes in Canada?
I need it as cheap has possible for the first year, please give me the prices for renewal.

Thank you and I hope to hear from you guys,
MightyRounder

OK. Sorry if I did not put 2 and 2 together. I did not know it was from this particular posting. Enjoy your weekend.
