The con game of selling lists

If one has a list that is actually 'valuable' one would not sell it. One would work the list.

If one does not know how to work the list, then one cannot not comprehend its value.

I have a list broker. He will send one million bulk emails for about $200 a mil. Targeted demographic, filtered... blah blah.

Of this mil, we might see 30,000 opens, mostly from Outlook previews.

from this about 200 might actually click through (we can hope).

If one gets a 50:1 conversion, one is doing well.

Oh, but yours is a quality list...they have recently deposited.... great. Expect 2% conversions then. Do the math.

ROI = Rooked On Initiation

Oh almost forgot...just so this thread doesn't get over stretched with mindless mud slinging, anyone thinking about risking $500 on such a list, should make the following proposition, 'Send me the phone number, a reference, of JUST ONE person that has bought your service and made money with 'a list' you have provided. They cannot do it.
End of story.
