They have the software ready but where to get a license?

I have a friend who had been working on a Internet platform solution for Internet Casino for about 2 years now. He and his gang is eager to launch their work onto Internet but there is one thing that they dun seem to be able to solve. That is where to get a license to run the business legally?

The legal section ( [www.startcasino.com] ) covers the issues you mentioned.

Costa Rica has NO license and quite a few large sportsbooks operate out of there.

Also, England is a place to look at as well, as it appears laws are in the works of being relaxed for internet casinos.

Sorry but your words " NO License" does it mean by the government dun really issue license for it and they dun really care??

Correct....There is no government license in Costa Rica. - That's why alot of SportsBooks set up shop there.
