Warning! - Here's one to watch out for!

Just got e-mailed by this MyCasino-Builder.com and went to their site.

Wow, for those of you new to this business here's a serioes of warning flags you can look for!

Website: [www.MyCasino-Builder.com]

Check out About Us: Notice no phone number. Are they in Business or no? Anyone in this business who is REAL gives their telephone number. So there's a flag.

I wanted to look up their number anyway and I looked up who registered the site. Here's what I found in the WHOIS lookup:

domain: mycasino-builder.com
status: production
origin-c: david_moor@yahoo.com#1
organization: Universal Equity Holding Inc
owner: David Moor
email: david_moor@yahoo.com#1
address: 1201 Market Street, Suite 1600
city: Wilmington
state: DE
postal-code: 19899
country: US
admin-c: david_moor@yahoo.com#1
tech-c: david_moor@yahoo.com#1
billing-c: david_moor@yahoo.com#1
nserver: ns1.bchosting.net 64.69.68.4
nserver: ns2.bchosting.net 64.69.68.5
registrar: JORE-1
created: 2001-06-16 15:19:13 UTC JORE-1
expires: 2003-06-16 09:19:04 UTC
source: joker.com

Notice there is no tel #. Notice that he's in the USA. His last name is Moor and not Knowles. Hmmm..

Lastly, the JOKER.com reference doesn't provide any additional credibility to this organization whatsoever.

(You can verify this for yourself at
[www.netsol.com] )

Like I said, you need to be careful who you choose to work with out there. There are reputab le companies, but there are also sheisters. This one goes in my book as a sheister.

1. Thank you for checking mycasino-builder.com site

2. I did not recognize that client's story can be related to mycasino-builder.com domain owner. Are you kidding when you say: "His last name is Moor and not Knowles. Hmmm.." There are no relations between Knowles and Moor, because the firts is Casino owner and the last is only owner of mycasino-builder.com domain and CEO of MyCasino-Builder.Com Inc Ltda company

3. The last thing: when you will decide to make a good money with MyCasino-Builder.Com Casinos family (instead of spending your money on what you engaged now) send me e-mail, and we'll waive set up fee in amount of $299. You will be asked to pay set up fee from your 12-th month income from your own MyCasino-Builder.Com . Believe me, you will not feel that you pay something.

4. I'm feeling that we can do business with you.

OK.. So you are in CANADA ((---.vf.shawcable.net)

Your business is in Costa Rica. You have NO phone number listed on your site. Your name is nowhere mentioned and your name is "Jeff" (if that's your real name) and not David Moor.

In this business there are people that HIDE. I was pointing your site out as one where the owners hide.

The real players in this business come clean as to who they are and where they operate out of.

That's where the detective work begins in this whole process of identifying who the scammers are and who is real.

Again, for the readers, look at the advertisers on StartCasino.com. You will find that almost all have telephone numbers on their web sites and they operate from where they state they are.

I gave them a week to respond
Posted by: webmaster (---.se.client2.attbi.com)

So, I gave them a week. No response.

There you have it. Another company that HIDES.

Now you're an entrepreneur/gaming exec. You want to do business with a company that hides who and where they are?

Pretty straightforward to me: Deal with these clowns at your own risk. I'm willing to lay odds they will rip you off.

webmaster,

What they offer. it is crazy.
I'm going now to create MY Casino. If they will
not pay me MY MONEY every day, I kill them.

Just look what One Click & Play Casino offers for its players:

-- one hour payout. Who pay faster, if any?
-- $101 on each and every deposit
-- 30% cashable bonus on each and every deposit, if Casino account contains less that $5
-- PayBack -- we pay full deposit from the day before for those who deposit money via PayPal the next day (fully cashable)
-- $200 for each 10 PayPal deposit (fully cashable)
-- "get-paid-while-you-play": $25 for 100 Poker hands and $5 for 10 Keno hands instantly (fully cashable)
-- 10 Lucky Players get their money back every day !
-- 15% of each and every deposit made by people your refer to our casino

and the best of all 70% of all revenue generated by your own Casino paid you instantly every day (see MyCasino-Builder site)

We are establishing a new Internet gambling standard where players win and enjoy! I believe that readers of this and other forums understand why you post dirty messages on the Internet forums.

BTW, we already get "buy-offer" for MyCasino-Builder.Com from some of top "players" in gambling industry. I know why they want to buy mycasino-builder.com: they just want to stop proliferation of the Internet Casinos that provide services like One Click & Play Casino! They can't compete with us.

I know a lot of companies that publish everything but don't pay at all (I believe you don't need any examples) and I know the only one that pays every day to its partners and every hours to its players.

It is
MyCasino-Builder.Com!

Gamblers: Play, win, enjoy and get paid in less than one hour! Click Here Now!

Entrepreneurs: Market and advertise your own Internet Casino and get paid every day with 70% of all revenues! Click Here Now!

Definitely A SCAM
Posted by: Webmaster (---.se.client2.attbi.com)

OK.. Here's my vote at the end of the day.

The CasinoAffiliatePrograms site, run by someone I respect greatly in this business for his true and honest opnion, has placed MyCasino-Builder.com on his Scam Alert.

This operation is also under suspiscion at the Gaming Portal Webmaster's Association as well.

I call it as I see it. I am willing to lay odds that this operation will rip entrepreneurs off.

Like I said, Entrepreneurs need to do their detective work as to WHOM they are dealing with.

Of all the posts above, this Jeff character, who oviously represents the company, doesn't disclose who the real operators are of it and why isn't their phone number up on the site.

To Anyone posting on StartCasino promoting a business:.....either come clean as to who and what you are ...... or get FRIED by the netziens who perform their due dilligence.

To say on the "white" that it is "black" and on the "black" that it is "white", means the only one thing: YOU ARE LAIR.

MyCasino-Builder.com is definitely a SCAM
Posted by: Webmaster (---.se.client2.attbi.com)
Date: April 14, 2002 12:44PM

How am I a liar when I don't hide who I am or where I'm from?

Yet you HIDE! At least we know that you're located in Canada and Not Costa Rica.

It says that you hide on other message boards (like Casino Affiliate Programs).

Bottom line here is that you should just give up. You've been discovered as a scheister and a scam artist. MyCasino-Builder.com is finished here. Kaput. Leave it at that.

Posts like your previous one only makes matters worse for your outfit. Your out-classed and out-gunned by too many respectable people in this business that have figured out the operation is most likely a Scam.

You lie to 2 or 3 readers of your "one-man-show" forum. If you're Marc Lesnik it is not surprise me.
I heard a lot of very bad things you did in the past (tell us why you relocated from Santa Barbara to New-York, for example) and now I get one more evidence. You're LAIR!

You want my life's story? Hahahhahahahaha!

Wow....You are the "ultimate detective"....Hey everybody!! Sherlock Holmes here clicked on the "About Us" page and - LO AND BEHOLD - saw my name!!! And its a REAL NAME!

"Why Watson, this is a remarkable discovery!!!"

I'm actually enjoying this now. This is how you squirm. You're redirecting the argument to me? That I'm the bad one?

Hey Sherlock....I DON'T HIDE. YOU DO.

How about coming clean - who are you out of Canada? At least your IP address is on CasinoAffiliatePrograms.com - I haven't bothered Ping-ing you, but I'm sure we could at least find the CITY you're in with that info.

Wow! Spearmaster arrives on the StartCasino portal.

You are welcome here for sure!

Joker.com is a big registrar, huh? Ahh, well you never know.
:-)

I'm looking forward to the Spiderman movie myself.

Mr. StartCasino.

Unfortunately, Casino Affiliate Programs has not put mycasinobuilder on its scam alert. Some of them over there, including, regretably, the Professor (who I too respect), are actually considering this place. I have had to actually argue that 1cnp is a huge joke and everybody in the know hates them even though this fact should be quite apparent to everyone by now.

You might want to read the thread over there.

Well, if the jury at Casino Affiliate programs turns out an A-O-K thumbs up for these guys, then I will stand corrected (I've been wrong before).

But hey, there's definitely warning signs. Again, they are not revealing who they are. That's a BIG RED flag.

I know the Professor personally. I talk with the guys at Microgaming. I talk with the people at Boss, I-Net, GI, Poker.com, etc etc etc. I know their names and telephone numbers. These people don't hide. That places them on a higher level and they gain more of my respect.

I don't hide. I'm in Forbes this month.

The minute I find someone that HIDES in this business, I place them on my "questionable character list." Guys like these MyGarbage-Builders.com hide the way cockroaches run when the light is shed on them.

The patterns are VERY similar. Spamming across numerous chat rooms trying to get attention. Not revealing who they are, followed by directing the argument to the accuser when confronted.

This is old hat to me. That's why my vote says they're a scam operation - until proved otherwise.

Dear Webmaster: Good Morning:

I was just reviewing the message board of StartCasino and was impressed with your responses as posted. I was doing a search
affiliate programs. I am a CEO of a consulting firm here in Ohio specializing in charitable gaming. I am looking for someone to
consult with concerning the establishment of an internet casino portal within a restaurant in the Dayton, Ohio area. I have been
researching this area for about two years now. Our web site is ocgabingo.com.

Hopefully, there is someway I could contact you directly.

Thanks for your time, Walter
