They are a russian operation. They've been around since about 1996.

I have NEVER seen then at a trade show in this industry and spoke to them maybe once on the phone. I think I called up and it was their home.

There are BIG established operations in this business and then there are companies that operate out of their basement.

Things change too. I know of one firm that just moved into a basement from an established operation.
